高华，博士，主任医师、二级教授，博士研究生导师，教育部长江学者特聘教授、泰山学者特聘专家。中华医学会眼科学分会角膜病学组委员；中国民族卫生协会眼学科分会副主任委员，眼科文史学组组长。现任山东第一医科大学附属眼科研究所（山东省眼科研究所）所长、山东第一医科大学眼科学院党委书记、山东第一医科大学附属眼科医院（山东省眼科医院）副院长、山东眼科博物馆馆长。

科研方面：主持国家自然科学基金7项；发表学术论文100余篇，其中SCI论文50余篇，代表著作发表在Cell Discovery、Nano-Micro Letters、Advanced Materials和Advanced Science等1区杂志。获国家科技进步二等奖2项（第5、10位）；获山东省科技进步（发明）一等奖2项（第2、3位）。2018年获中华眼科学会奖和“中国优秀眼科医师”称号。

临床方面：主要从事角膜、眼表疾病诊治和屈光手术治疗。每年完成各类手术3000余例。在各类角膜和眼表手术，如飞秒激光精准角膜移植、暴露后弹力层的深板层角膜移植、近视屈光手术治疗等方面具有丰富的临床诊治和手术经验。

Hua Gao: Doctor of Ophthalmology, Chief Physician, Second Level Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, "Changjiang Scholar" Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education, Taishan Scholar Special Expert. Dr. Gao is a member of the Chinese Corneal Society. He is the deputy chairman of the Ophthalmological Society of the China National Health Association, and the Head of the Ophthalmology Culture and History Group. He is working as the director at Eye Institute of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Eye Institute), the Party Secretary of the School of Ophthalmology at Shandong First Medical University, a vice president of Eye Hospital of Shandong First Medical University (Shandong Eye Hospital) and the director of Shandong Eye Museum.

Scientific research: Dr. Gao has hosted 6 projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China as the first applicant and has published more than 100 academic papers, over 50 of which were in SCI journals, with representative works published in Q1 journals such as Cell Discovery, American Journal of Transplantation, and Advanced Science. He has won two Second Prize of National Science and Technology Progress Award (5th place and 10th place) and two First Prize of Shandong Science and Technology Progress Award and Invention Award (2nd place, 3rd place). Dr. Gao won the Award of Ophthalmological Society and the title of "Excellent Ophthalmologist in China" in 2018.

Clinical practice: Dr. Gao is mainly engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of cornea and ocular surface diseases, and the performance of refractive surgery. He completes more than 2,000 cases of various types of surgeries each year. Dr. Gao has rich clinical diagnosis, treatment and operation experience in many kinds of corneal and external eye surgeries, including femtosecond laser-assisted corneal transplantation, deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty with exposed Descemet’s membrane and personalized refractive surgery.
