Ai Tee于1998年毕业于悉尼大学，获得护理学士学位，之后加入新加坡国立眼科中心。2003年，她在新加坡南洋理工学院获得眼科护理高级文凭。2007年，她回到悉尼大学攻读护理研究硕士学位。她于2018年进入曼彻斯特都市大学攻读哲学博士学位，并于2023年完成学业。在新加坡国立眼科中心她发展护理研究和创新，同时兼任新加坡眼科研究所的临床研究员。

Ai Tee joins Singapore National Eye Centre since 1998 after she graduated with Bachelor of Nursing in the University of Sydney. In 2003, she obtained the advanced diploma in ophthalmic nursing in NanYang Polytechnic in Singapore. She returned to University of Sydney to study the Master of Nursing Research in 2007. She enrolled to pursue the Doctorate of Philosophy in Manchester Metropolitan University in 2018, complete her study in 2023. In SNEC, she leads nursing research and innovation, while also serving as a clinical fellow of Singapore Eye Research Institute.
