锦州医科大学附属第一医院党委书记，医学博士，教授，主任医师，硕士生导师，辽宁省教学名师。现任教育部高等学校临床医学类专业教学指导委员会临床实践教学指导分委会委员、中华医学会医学伦理学分会第十届委员会医学管理伦理学组委员、辽宁省生命科学学会第二届眼科学与眼视光学分会副主任委员、辽宁省医学会眼科分会第十一届委员会常委。主持省级科研课题4项，教学课题4项；发表高水平学术论文7篇，教学论文7篇。获辽宁省教学成果一等奖1项、二等奖1项、三等奖1项。主编建材1部，参编教材5部。
