余建海是中国人权发展基金会少儿视界公益基金首席代表，温州眼谷眼健康科普馆建设有限公司创始人兼总经理，中国眼健康科普领域的重要推动者。他以公益科普为己任与温州医科大学附属眼视光医院联合发起全国眼健康科普馆联盟，推动百余家科普馆落地全国，构建覆盖多省的眼健康科普网络，在全国形成领先的眼健康科普推广服务体系，为科普内容研发、场馆标准化建设及技术应用方面树立行业标杆。2022年联合中国人权发展基金会共同发起“少儿视界公益基金”，通过科普馆建设、科普教材的开发与科普进校园等举措，助力儿童青少年近视防控。

Yu Jianhai is the Chief Representative of the Children's Vision Public Welfare Fund, China Foundation for Human Rights Development, the Founder and General Manager of Wenzhou Eye Valley Eye Health Science Museum Construction Co., Ltd , a prominent advocate in China's eye health science popularization field. This initiative has promoted the establishment of over 100 science museums nationwide, built an eye health science popularization network covering multiple provinces, and formed a leading eye health science popularization promotion and service system across the country. It has set an industry benchmark in the research and development of science popularization content, standardized museum construction, and technological application. In 2022, he jointly initiated the "Children's Vision Public Welfare Fund" with the China Foundation for Human Rights Development. Through measures such as science museum construction, the development of science popularization textbooks, and bringing science popularization into schools, this fund helps the prevention and control of myopia among children and adolescents.
