陈梦平，医学硕士，主任医师，郑州市第二人民医院眼底病三病区主任。中国研究型医院学会神经眼科专业委员会委员，中国病理生理学会眼科专业委员会委员。河南省微循环学会眼科分会副会长，河南省药学会眼科药学专委会常委。河南省中西医结合学会眼科专业委员会委员。郑州市医院协会眼健康与近视防控管理专委会主任委员。注册国家司法鉴定人。主要从事眼底病，眼外伤，高度近视等专业。擅长玻璃体切除术治疗视网膜脱离，玻璃体积血，黄斑前膜，黄斑裂孔，严重眼外伤等，擅长后巩膜加固术治疗病理性及进展性近视。
