RSE Academic Conference Platform User Service Agreement

 

General Rules:

Welcome to the digital management cloud service provided by the RSE Academic Conference 

Service Platform. In order to protect the rights and interests of users, please 

carefully read all contents of this Agreement before agreeing to use the RSE 

Academic Conference Service Platform. This Agreement is governed by the 

rules, terms and conditions which are agreed with the users when the service is provided by the Reed Sinopharm's website with 

the domain name: https://live.reed-sinopharm.com (hereinafter referred to as the "RSE Academic Conference Service Platform"). The online platform includes but is not limited to the website, H5 micro-website, WeChat mini program, etc. When the user clicks the button that "I have read and agreed to abide by the Service Agreement” in the registration user interface, it shall be deemed that the user has read the contents of this Agreement in 

detail and fully agreed to all the terms of this Agreement.

 

I. User Registration:

1. User registration refers to the process of users’ logging in to the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform, filling in relevant information as required, and confirming their consent to the Service Agreement.

2. Users of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform shall be natural persons with full capacity for civil conduct.

 

II. Rights and Obligations of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform:

1. The RSE Academic Conference Service Platform is obliged to maintain the normal, safe and stable operation of the online platform, and strive to enhance and improve the technology to enable users to conduct online activities smoothly.

2. The RSE Academic Conference Service Platform will respond in time to the user's feedback on the registration and application.

3. If a user commits any of the following acts on the website of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform, the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform has the right to delete relevant information and terminate the provision of services without obtaining the consent of the user:

 

3.1 The RSE Academic Conference Service Platform has the right to consult the user's registration information and related behaviors, and if any problem is found in the registration information or related behaviors, it has the right to issue a notice to the user to ask for correction or deletion.

3.2 If the user violates the provisions of this Agreement or violates laws and regulations and local rules, the Platform has the right to stop transmission and delete its information, prohibit the user from posting the message, cancel the user’s account and disclose it to the relevant competent authorities in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

3.3 For the following behaviors of users on the Platform, the Platform has the right to take restrictive measures against users such as deleting their information, prohibiting users from posting the message, and cancelling users’ accounts: Including Posting or otherwise transmitting information that is malicious, false, or infringes the personal and property rights of others, uploading, posting, sending, or otherwise transmitting information about software viruses or other computer code, files and programs that interfere with, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware, or communications equipment, interfere with or destroy the website and services or servers and networks connected to the RSE Conference Service Platform, or publish other information that violates the public interest or may seriously harm the legitimate interests of the RSE Conference Service Platform and other users.

4. The services provided by the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform will automatically collect information about visitors, including the number of visitors, visit time, visit page, visit address, etc. The Platform will use this information to analyze our services, manage partners and carry out relevant statistics on the Platform.

5. This Platform contains links to other sites, and we are not responsible for the content and privacy terms of these sites.

 

III. Information protection

1. Use of user information:

1.1 We will not sell or lend user information to anyone, and we will not allow any third party without user's permission to view your information and the participants' information of your conference, unless we have obtained your permission in advance.

 

1.2 The RSE Academic Conference Service Platform may use users' personal information to provide services to users, such as sending users' subscribed meeting information, meeting attendance records, etc., or sharing information with partners of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform with users' consent.

2. User's personal information disclosure:

The User's personal information will be disclosed in part or in whole under the following circumstances:

2.1 Disclosure to third parties with the consent of the user.

2.2 Disclosure to third parties or administrative or judicial bodies in accordance with the relevant provisions of the law or the requirements of administrative or judicial bodies.

2.3 If the user violates relevant Chinese laws or website policies, we need to disclose to a third party.

2.4 In order to provide the goods and services requested by the user, the user's personal information shall be shared with third parties.

2.5 Other disclosure the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform considers appropriate in accordance with laws or website policies.

3. Information security:

Please keep your account and password properly. If you find that your personal information is leaked, especially your account and password are leaked, please contact the staff of the Platform immediately (email: conferenceservice@reedsinopharm.com) so that the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform can take corresponding measures.

 

IV Rule changes

The RSE Academic Conference Service Platform has the right to formulate and modify this Agreement or various rules from time to time as necessary. If there is any change to this Agreement, the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform will remind you of the revised content on the important page. If users do not agree to the relevant changes, they can stop using the network services of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform. The revised Agreement - will automatically take effect immediately upon publication on the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform. The rules will become effective upon publication and will become part of this Agreement. Login to or continued use of the Web services of the Platform will constitute the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement.

 

V. Limitation of liability

1. Within the limits permitted by laws and regulations, for any damage or economic loss caused by the use of the services of the Platform, the full liability of the platform shall not exceed the service price purchased by the user in relation to the claim. These limitations of liability will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and will continue to be effective after the user's qualification is revoked or terminated.

2. Reed Sinopharm does not guarantee that all information provided to users by the Platform or E-mail sent from the Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. The Platform does not bear any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following matters:

3.1 Any leakage of personal information caused by your informing others of the user password or sharing the registered account with others, or other leakage of personal information caused by reasons other than the Platform.

3.2 Any temporary shutdown of the Platform due to government control.

3.3 Any consequences caused by force majeure.

 

VI Applicable law and jurisdiction

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, and all disputes shall be referred to the people's court of the place where the Platform is located.

 

VII Copyright

 

This Platform is commissioned and developed by Reed Sinopharm. Reed Sinopharm owns copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and any other ownership or rights of the network services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to: text representations and their combinations, ICONS, graphics, secret tables, colors, interface designs, layout frames, related data, printed materials, or sub-electronic documents which are protected by copyright laws and international treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Without the consent of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform, no person or user shall download, reproduce, transmit, modify or edit without authorization, otherwise the user shall bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.

2. Other trademarks that appear on the website of the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform are the property of their respective trademark owners. It shall not be used by any third party without the written permission of our company or the relevant trademark owner.

3. Users shall not modify, use Reverse Engineering, decompile, copy or distribute the website and the software provided by the website, including but not limited to the Platform.

4. Users may not use any third-party programs to log in or use the network services provided by the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform. Users may not use any intellectual property rights of the Platform to create or provide the same or similar network services, such as simulation servers.

5. The content of the conference on the Platform only represents the views of the creator of the conference and has nothing to do with the position of the Platform.

6. The copyright of articles and pictures (including reposted articles and pictures) published by users on the Platform is only owned by the original author. If the author has a copyright notice or the original work is reproduced from other websites with the original copyright notice, the copyright ownership shall be subject to the attached copyright notice, and the Platform is not responsible for users’ infringing on the copyright of others.

VIII. Any reprinting or quoting of copyright articles published on the RSE Academic Conference Service Platform shall comply with the following specifications:

1. When they are used for non-commercial, non-profit and non-advertising purposes, it is necessary to indicate the author and the source of the information and pictures as "RSE Academic Conference Service Platform".

2. When they are used for commercial, profit or advertising purposes, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the original author of the article or picture, and indicate the name of the author, the scope of authorization and the source of the original.
